JLC Group assisted in securing mid-6 figure capital raise for purpose of brand license acquisition, followed by implementing institutional sales, retailer relationship advisory, and marketing/branding/PR strategy campaigns for Soapopular and Hy5  alcohol-free hand hygiene products.  

JLC Group Deliverables: distribution agreements with leading US retailers encompassing 3000+ retail locations (including Target, OfficeMax & Wal-Mart), product profiles in 5 major media publications, hundreds of blog mentions, sales initiatives that delivered $2 million in sales within first 24 months, followed by statement made by the industry's largest maker of alcohol hand sanitizers that their business was "irreperably damaged as a result of proactive branding campaigns from competitors that drove customers to alcohol-free alternatives." 

In Year 3, JLC spearheaded discussions leading to the subsequent acquisition of the alcohol-free hand sanitizer enterprise by a larger company.
